  • Room and board is provided for all of our summer staff members

  • All summer staffers will spend the whole summer in our Summer Staff Village

The Summer Season

  • The summer season runs from June 5th-August 14th

Pay

  • Pay ranges from $385-$475 a week depending on experience and position

  • Pay is a weekly summer-rate and includes your room and board

You'll provide audio and video technical support for all guests of Thousand Pines. From running sound, lighting, and media in our chapels to setting up small systems around camp property for other various needs.

Get paid to play? Come join the Recreation Team. Recreation Staff are responsible for running TP recreation venues and shops, as well as rec games!

Videographer

Creative Media

Tell the story of the summer as a videographer. You'll plan, film, edit, and execute a video recap each week at camp. You'll capture everything from chapel to interviews and activities!

Program Staff

Program

Program leads, counseling staff, and program activities! Program leads will implement the summer camp program and oversee the day-to-day activities of camp. Counseling staff will stay with a group of campers each week and pour into them! Program activities will bring both fun and excellence to the stage.

Lifeguard

Recreation

Lifeguards will lifeguard each programmed activity, oversee daily pool operations, ensure the safety of guests and campers, and maintain the pool.

Lifeguard Certification

Want to be a lifeguard this summer but don't have your certification or need to renew it? Sign up for one of our Red Cross-certified courses!

In order to be a lifeguard at Thousand Pines or the Lake Gregory Company, you need to have up-to-date certification. Luckily, you can get that covered as part of your employment at the companies!
