FAMILY CAMP

Programs

OUR PROGRAM PHILOSOPHY

Thousand Pines exists to serve the church. Our program camps are designed with your ministry in mind - in other words, we want to get on board with the ministry you are already doing.

The goal of a program camp is to create an environment where your group can have a great time and grow together while leaving all the planning to us. We embrace this model of ministry because we believe that it yields long-term results and relationships.

It would be our pleasure to serve you and your church. Come visit us soon.

FALL FAMILY CAMP

Aug 30 - Sept. 2, 2024

Are you looking for a family vacation that satisfies the whole family without all the stress of planning? Want to lend a hand? Join us for our Spring Family Camp!

When you come to Thousand Pines, you will have the chance to escape the regularity of everyday life and enjoy a place where your family can bond together over powerful worship and fun-filled recreation.

Chapels for Adults and teens include biblical messages from world-class speakers. Children are dismissed to safe and fun age-appropriate chapel activities.

Spend your mornings having a blast with family fun games and serving alongside your children in camp beautification projects.

Plan your afternoon free time together, enjoy a nap, and take advantage of our recreation venues and the local attractions.

Our speaker this year is David Harris!

Your entire family will benefit from the weekend we have planned for you. We hope to see you this Memorial Day weekend!

Fall Family Camp is a perfect way to kick off your child's school year.

This weekend combines lessons on God's intricate creation taught by Christian Outdoor Educators with family discipleship chapels.

Science lessons emphasize hands-on learning in an outdoor setting. We will take educational hikes daily and have lessons on astronomy, archery, and wild animals! Each evening we will worship together around a campfire and hear from fantastic Christian speakers and entertainers.

Other activities include group games, songs, leather crafts, picnic lunches, free time, low ropes, a climbing wall, our malt shop, coffee shop, BB guns, campfires, and an evening expedition!

Bring your family to the mountains this Labor Day weekend, and let's grow closer to our Creator together.
