VOLUNTEERHAVE A TALENT and SOME FREE TIME?Groups or skilled individuals who wish to volunteer their time and effort to advance the cause of Christ may contact the camp to arrange a volunteer opportunity. Youth and/or adult groups often come for a day or two to do physical labor and enjoy "free" use of some of Thousand Pines' recreation activities on a space-available basis. Skilled volunteers are eagerly welcomed to work on projects that would often require outside contractors at significant cost to ministry. Your work for the Lord can allow us to further the life-changing ministry that goes on here each week!

HELPING HANDS FAMILY CAMP WEEKENDHelping Hands Family Camp weekend is your chance each spring to invest in the present and future ministry of Thousand Pines by putting in a little "sweat equity." It is also a great time to teach kids how much fun work can be.
With many tasks to fulfill, especially in preparation for the summer season, the Thousand Pines staff simply cannot finish them all. So, for over forty years friends of the ministry have pitched in and helped. It's a bit of a "mission trip experience" for families that results in a great feeling of accomplishment and service.
