Meeting Rooms
Jensen Chapel
Jensen Chapel, our largest meeting room, boasts a beautiful vaulted ceiling and retractable walls to reveal a panoramic view of the great outdoors. This meeting space accommodates groups of 40-400 guests. It is fully equipped with a complete audio/visual system run by one of our experienced technicians and includes a large projection screen and flat screen TV’s. Fireside Room
Located in our spacious Dining Hall, the Fireside Room accommodates groups of 40-80 guests. Glass walls and high-beam ceilings open this room to spectacular mountain vistas. Depending on the total number of people in camp, this room may double as a dining area. However, this meeting room is available to be enjoyed privately by your group for the duration of your stay. This meeting space includes a complimentary PA system and 6 channel mixer.
Scott Building
Groups of 15-56 will feel at home in our Scott Building, a charming room with an intimate feel. When the weather turns cold, gather up your group and warm yourselves by the stone hearth. This meeting space comes with a complimentary PA system, 6-channel mixer and TV/DVD for your audio and visual needs.
Ponderosa Lodge
Located in our secluded Ponderosa camp, the Ponderosa Lodge is a perfect place to host groups of 40-80 guests. Just a short quarter-mile walk from our main camp, the lodge can be used as a meeting space and a dining area.
McKee Prayer Chapel
Our McKee Prayer Chapel provides an intimate setting for individual prayer and reflection, or for small groups of up to 20 people. McKee Chapel also houses the Thousand Pines prayer books, which preserve the prayers of past and present campers from the 1950’s to today.
Catherwood Circle
Seasonally available, this large outdoor amphitheater is located in the heart of the forest, near our paintball facilities. The ample fire pit and log benches, seating up to 350, create a rustic, campy atmosphere.
Long Beach Lodge
This combined housing and meeting space can be a convenient set-up for many groups. The two-story lodge can sleep up to 63 people and includes a full bathroom on each floor.
Amphitheater at Main Camp
The Amphitheater, located in main camp near Jensen Chapel, offers an outdoor meeting space with several amenities. The space can accommodate a PA system, and includes a fire pit, electrical outlets and bench seating, for up to 350 guests, overlooking the lower field.
